Include the page address, browser and device type, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot without private information can be helpful.

Do not send sensitive files

Email is not a secure file-transfer service. Do not attach PDFs, images, passwords, identity documents, financial records, medical information, or other confidential material. Describe the problem without including the document itself.

How contact email is used

Contact messages are handled through Gmail. The sender address and message are used to respond, investigate the reported issue, or handle a privacy or security request. Contacting the project does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Support scope

BeanNest does not offer emergency, professional, or guaranteed-response support. Sending an email does not create a professional or confidential service relationship. Keep original files and make independent backups.
